As a Cleanroom Employee, you will work in a high-tech logistics and production environment in Eindhoven, where precision, quality and attention to detail are essential. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out quality checks, working with the SAP system, carefully cleaning technical products using specialised cleaning materials, and performing assembly activities when required. You will follow clear and detailed work instructions and receive thorough training to ensure you are fully prepared for the role. What happens when a product needs to meet high standards before it can be used in the world of semiconductors and electronics? Your work becomes part of the answer.

As a Cleanroom Employee, you will work with high-tech products where even the smallest detail matters. Your role is to make sure that products are carefully checked, cleaned, assembled and prepared to the required quality standards before they move on to the next stage.

You will work in a professional cleanroom environment, combining hands-on work, technical instructions, quality control and digital systems. You don’t need to know everything from day one: you will receive proper training and learn the processes step by step. What makes this role interesting is the variety. One moment you may be carefully cleaning a large technical product; the next, you could be checking its quality, working from a technical drawing, assembling a component or working with SAP.

What will you actually do?

Check quality: use checklists to inspect products and make sure they meet the required standards.
Assemble: perform assembly work using hand tools and technical drawings.
Clean with precision: carefully clean large technical products using different specialised cleaning products and methods.
Prepare: clean and prepare metal frames and packaging materials according to established procedures.
Work with SAP: register production and quality information accurately in the system.
Follow the details: work with technical drawings and detailed work instructions to make sure every step is completed correctly.
Keep an eye on quality: recognise and report deviations when something doesn’t meet the required standard.
Take care of your environment: keep your workspace clean, safe and organised according to cleanroom standards.

In short, your job is to make sure that what leaves your workstation is ready for the next step: clean, checked and built to the right standard.

You will work Monday to Friday in a 2-shift schedule:

Morning: 06:00 – 15:00 / Evening: 15:00 – 00:00

For working in shifts, you will receive an 18% shift allowance on every hour worked. When applicable, overtime is paid at 150% on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays.

€3,090 gross salary per month.
18% shift allowance on top of your salary, paid for every hour worked in shifts.
29 vacation days per year.
8.33% holiday allowance on top of your annual salary.
Pension scheme through WerkTalent.
€0.25 per kilometre travel allowance, for commuting distances of more than 10 km one way, up to a maximum distance of 40 km.
Weekend overtime paid at an increased rate: 150% on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays, when applicable.
Full-time position with the prospect of a permanent contract and opportunities to develop within the company.

Required

Good command of English, at least B2/C1 level, so you can understand instructions and communicate effectively with your colleagues.
Technical insight or previous experience in a production or technical working environment.
Willingness and availability to work in a 2-shift schedule.
A flexible and curious mindset, you are open to learn new processes and you aren’t afraid to ask questions.
A genuine interest in finding a long-term position where you can develop your skills and grow with the company.
Living in or within a reasonable commuting distance of Eindhoven, Helmond, Veldhoven or Valkenswaard.

A plus, but not essential

Experience reading technical drawings or detailed work instructions.
Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment.
Experience with assembly work or high-tech production.

Not everything on the list yet? That’s okay. Relevant experience is valuable, but the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important. You will receive training and guidance to help you become confident in the role.
