You are technically skilled and enjoy working with your hands. As a Maintenance Employee, you will maintain, repair, and inspect high-tech packaging within an international production environment in Eindhoven.
1 Dit ga je doen
As a Maintenance Employee, you will work on maintaining and repairing packaging for fragile high-tech components. You will follow clear instructions and work together with colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient production process.
Your tasks include:
- Repairing and inspecting packaging according to checklists and work instructions
- Performing preventive maintenance on packaging materials
- Working with hand tools and technical equipment
- Identifying and reporting deviations during the production process
- Registering repairs and inspections in the system
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials with an EPT or forklift
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain quality and safety standards
You will work in a 2-shift schedule:
- Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00
- Week 2: 15:00 – 00:00
The shifts alternate weekly.
During your onboarding period, you will receive extensive training and guidance to become familiar with the tasks and tools required for the role.

- Fulltime position (40 hours per week)
- Gross monthly salary of approximately €3,150 including 18% shift allowance
- 29 vacation days per year
- 8.33% holiday allowance
- Pension scheme through WerkTalent
- Travel allowance from 10 kilometers one way
- Internal training opportunities, including forklift or EPT certification
- Prospect of a permanent contract within a stable organization

- Technical insight and a practical working attitude
- Experience with maintenance work and reading technical drawings
- Experience using hand tools and operating an EPT or forklift
- Forklift certificate is preferred or can be obtained through WerkTalent
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
- Good command of the English language (minimum B1 level)
- Accurate and independent working attitude
