Team Lead Industrial Cleaning

As Team Lead Cleaning in Eindhoven, you will manage around 30 employees and make sure everything runs smoothly.

1 Dit ga je doen

In this role, you will be responsible for planning daily activities and distributing tasks among the team. You will ensure that everyone follows the 5S guidelines to maintain a clean, safe and organized workplace. You will also monitor quality and make sure all employees use their personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly. In addition, you will train and support new colleagues, organize smooth shift handovers and take care of basic administrative tasks.

Salary between €2,900 and €3,900, depending on experience.
18% shift allowance.
8,33% holiday allowance.
Travel allowance from 10 km.

3 Dit ben je

MBO+ level of education or equivalent experience.
Experience in production, logistics, or industrial cleaning in leading or coordinating a team
Good English communication skills (B2 level).
Strong problem-solving decision-making skills and focus on safety and quality

The company also handles cleaning, repair, and logistics processes for packaging systems used by international clients in industries such as semiconductors, aerospace, medical technology, and electronics.

At the service center in Eindhoven, reusable packaging is cleaned, inspected, and prepared for worldwide transport. You will work in a modern production environment with approximately 10 to 15 colleagues within the cleanroom department.
