We are looking for an enthusiastic production employee who will be responsible for producing high-quality wet food for dogs and cats. You will work in our butchery department, where you manage the entire process, from mixing ingredients to filling and closing the cans. Your duties will include preparing meat chunks, making gravy for can fillings and carefully checking the transport of the cans before they go to the steam engines. Together with three colleagues you play a crucial role in the smooth running of the production process. We currently operate a single shift system, but given our growing success, a transition to a 2-shift schedule is likely in the near future. The current working hours are from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Dit krijg je
- A salary between €2400 and €2600 based on a 40-hour week. Shift allowance is not included in this amount!
- 115% shift allowance for every hour worked.
- Prospects for a permanent position with the employer.
- Travel allowance of around €0.23 per km.
- Opportunities for advancement to a team leader or technical service role.
- Opportunities to obtain VCA or other necessary certificates through WerkTalent or the employer.
- Multiple outings and gatherings with the employer.
Dit ben je
- Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
- At least one year of experience as a production worker.
- Good physical condition.
- Proficiency in Dutch, English, or Polish.
