As a production worker, you’ll join a dynamic department equipped with multiple machines and over 30 colleagues working in a 3-shift system. You’ll be involved in the entire production process — from start to finished products. Think: peanut butter in all kinds of varieties, made for a wide range of customers. If you have a technical mindset (or are eager to learn!), you’ll fit right in!
Your daily responsibilities as a production worker include:

Operating and setting up the machines that produce our products

Troubleshooting minor technical issues

Performing basic maintenance on the machines
-
Testing the final products for quality and consistency
3-shift system (06:00–14:15 and 14:00–22:15 and 22.00 – 6.15

Here’s what we offer when you work as a Production Worker:

A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,400, depending on age and experience
-
3-shift allowance of 15%
-
A thirteenth-month bonus and reimbursement of travel expenses
-
8% holiday allowance and 25 days of paid leave
-
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
-
Access to the company gym with a personal trainer

Premium-free pension plan

Willingness to work in a production environment (including exposure to food products)

Basic understanding of English or Dutch
-
you´ve allready worked or show intressed In a production enviorment

Willing to help your co-workers on the production line
We do not provide accomodations. You need to live in the serroundings of Giessen.
