Join a leading food production company in Nieuwkuijk as a Production Worker in a 3-shift system, where you’ll play an active role on the production floor and support daily operations. You’ll work in a dynamic environment with a competitive salary, shift allowance, and a strong opportunity for a permanent contract.

You will work for a growing food production company specializing in preserved food products packaged in stand-up pouches and jars. Quality, safety, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Production Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team operating in a 3-shift system. You will support the production process and ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Assist the machine operator during production processes
Perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting
Support colleagues where needed to maintain workflow
Ensure a clean and safe working environment
Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times

What We Offer

A competitive salary between €2,600 and €2,800 gross per month without shift allowance
An additional 17% shift allowance
25 vacationdays and 11,5 ATD
Holiday Pay
Bonus at the end of the year

Requirements

You speak and understand English or Dutch
You have your own transportation
You live within a 20 km radius of Nieuwkuijk
You are able to perform manual work
You are flexible and willing to work in a 3-shift system
