1 Dit ga je doen
As a Production Employee, you’ll work in a small, close-knit team where everyone helps each other. Together, you’ll prepare popular food products such as spareribs, grilled sausages and meatballs.
Your daily tasks include:
- Preparing and producing meat products following recipes
- Operating and monitoring production equipment
- Checking products to make sure they meet quality standards
- Learning different production techniques
- Working as a Grill Master every 2–3 weeks, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Most of the time, you’ll work during the day. Every few weeks, you’ll switch to an evening shift to take care of the grilled products.
2 Dit krijg je
- Gross monthly salary of €2,691 – €3,329, depending on experience
- Direct contract with the company from your first day
- 24 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
- 3.25% year-end bonus and a pension scheme
- Travel allowance for distances of 10 km or more (one way)
- Free delicious lunch and a food truck every three months
- A friendly team, varied tasks and opportunities to learn
