As a Machine Operator, you are one of the key people on the production floor. You run your production line and make sure everything runs smoothly, safely and according to quality standards. Together with your team, you produce high-quality meat products and ready-to-eat meals that end up in supermarkets across the Netherlands.

Important to know:
All meat arrives already processed. There is no slaughtering, no blood and no unpleasant scenes. You work in a clean, organized and professional food production environment where hygiene, structure and teamwork are taken seriously.

The factory is divided into several specialized departments, such as:

• Sausage production
• Kitchen & grill
• Cutting & preparation

Together with the recruiter and production team, you’ll be placed in the department that best matches your experience, skills and preferences, so you can perform at your best.

You’ll work in a cooled environment (between 5 and 15°C) to guarantee food safety and product quality. You receive proper work clothing, good onboarding and support from experienced colleagues from day one.

Working hours
You can choose to work either standard day shifts or 2-shift rotation. Your preference will be discussed upfront.

• Day shifts: usually 06:30–15:30, with 1 hour break (paid 8 hours/day). Weekly hours generally range 36–40, depending on production demand.
• 2-shift rotation: alternate between day shifts (06:30–15:30) and evening/night shifts (15:30–00:30), also including 1 hour break. Hours between 18:00–06:00 are paid with a 31.5% shift allowance.

Your standard schedule is Monday to Friday. Occasionally, work on Saturdays may be needed — never mandatory, but appreciated. All schedules are arranged in good consultation, so flexibility is important.
