As a demolition worker, you will work on demolition and clean-up projects at different locations in the Eindhoven region. You work in a fixed 2-shift schedule and learn the trade in practice together with experienced colleagues. This position is suitable for candidates who like physical work and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

As a demolition worker, you are responsible for carrying out demolition and clean-up activities safely and efficiently. Experience is not required; motivation and a practical attitude are most important.
Your tasks include:
- Demolishing walls, floors and other constructions using hand tools and small machinery
- Cleaning and removing debris from demolition sites
- Separating construction waste and materials according to safety regulations
- Assisting colleagues during renovation and demolition projects
- Loading and unloading materials and tools
- Following VGM and safety instructions on-site
- Keeping the workplace clean and organised
You work in a 2-shift schedule:
- Early shift: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 15:00
- Late shift: Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 00:00
You receive an 18% shift allowance on top of your salary.

- Full-time job with a monthly salary of €3090 gross including 18% shift allowance
- Prospect of a permanent contract with good performance
- 29 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance
- Pension scheme from the first working day
- Travel allowance for commuting expenses
- Internal training and opportunities to learn the demolition trade
- Opportunity to grow into an all-round demolition worker or machine operator
- Weekly or 4-weekly salary payment possible

- You have an active and practical working attitude
- You are physically fit and able to perform heavy work
- You are willing to work in a 2-shift schedule
- You understand basic safety and VGM instructions
- You can work both independently and in a team
- A driver’s license B is an advantage
- You have a good command of the English language
