Team Lead Logistics Inbound

Are you an experienced logistics professional who enjoys leading a team? Do you like organizing daily operations, solving problems and helping colleagues perform at their best? Then this Team Lead Logistics Inbound position could be your next step

1 Dit ga je doen

In this role, you will lead a team of up to 15 employees and ensure that daily warehouse operations run smoothly. You will plan and distribute tasks, check and process incoming goods, and tackle any challenges that arise on the work floor. You will also ensure that safety and quality standards are met while continuously looking for ways to improve logistics processes. Working closely with the Planning, Production and Supply Chain departments, you will help keep the entire operation running efficiently.

€2,900 – €3,500 gross per month.
18% shift allowance.
8,33% holiday allowance.
Travel allowance from 10 km.

3 Dit ben je

Experience in production, logistics, or industrial cleaning in leading or coordinating a team
Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
Good English communication skills B2 level.
Strong problem-solving decision-making skills and focus on safety and quality
Available for 40 hours per week, Willing to work in 2 shifts (06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00)

A forklift, reach truck, EPT or stacker certificate is a plus, but not required. You can obtain these certificates if needed trough our company.

At the service center in Eindhoven, reusable packaging is cleaned, inspected, and prepared for worldwide transport. You will work in a modern production environment with approximately 10 to 15 colleagues within the cleanroom department.
