Technical Operator 2-Shifts

Work as a technical operator at an international production company. You will work in a two-shift schedule and ensure the production process runs smoothly and safely. You will have the chance to develop your technical knowledge and work in a close-knit team where collaboration is key.

As a technical operator, you are responsible for operating, setting up, and changing over modern production machines every day. You closely monitor the production process and take immediate action if you notice any deviations. You work together with colleagues from production, warehouse, and technical service.

Operate, set up, and change over production machines
Monitor the quality of the production process
Solve technical malfunctions
Perform preventive maintenance
Prepare and process raw materials
Work on improvements on the shop floor
Accurately keep production documentation

2 Dit krijg je

Salary between €3,200 and €4,000 gross per month including shift allowance
25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance

3 Dit ben je

mbo working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction
Technical insight and interest in machines
Experience in a production environment is an advantage
Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule (06:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00)
Good command of the English language, Dutch is a plus
Accurate and responsible work attitude
Certificates such as VCA or forklift are an advantage, you can also obtain these via WerkTalent

4 Hier ga je werken

You will work for an international manufacturer focused on technological solutions and production in De Meern. The company supplies innovative products to customers worldwide and aims for continuous improvement of processes and quality. The production department consists of a team of about 20 operators, supported by technical service and quality control. The atmosphere on the shop floor is collegial and results-oriented: you work together to achieve production goals and support each other when needed. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself further through training and guidance, so you can take on more responsibility within the team. The organization invests in modern equipment and values safety and quality during work.
