Coffee Machine Service Operator | Rotterdam & The Hague

Your day starts at the warehouse around 06:00. Together with your colleagues, you unload the incoming freight using an electric pallet truck (EPT). Once everything is sorted, you load your own company van with the supplies you need for the day. After that, you’re ready to hit the road.

You’ll visit offices, healthcare facilities and businesses across Rotterdam and The Hague. Sometimes you’ll work at one location, other days you’ll have multiple stops. Your job is to make sure every coffee machine is in perfect condition: refill ingredients, clean the machine, fix minor issues and leave everything spotless. Thanks to you, hundreds of people can enjoy their coffee, tea and snacks every day.

No experience? No problem. We’ll train you on everything you need to know about the machines and the service process. What matters most is that you’re customer-focused, reliable and enjoy working independently. And the best part? You can take your company van home, so no hassle with your own transport.

Your tasks include:

Unloading incoming freight with colleagues using an EPT;
Loading your company van with supplies for the day;
Refilling coffee, tea and snack machines at various locations;
Cleaning and maintaining machines to keep them in top condition;
Fixing minor technical issues (training provided);
Tracking stock and usage via a tablet and greeting customers with a smile.

Dit krijg je

A gross salary of €14.40 per hour;
8.33% holiday allowance;
25 days’ holiday;
A company van you can take home;
Full-time (37.5 hours per week) with the prospect of a permanent contract;
Working hours Monday to Friday, usually 06:00 to 14:30;
In-house training so you know everything about the machines and service process;
A role with plenty of freedom, responsibility and customer interaction;
Working for a well-known national brand in coffee and vending.

Dit ben je

Customer-focused and professional, with strong communication skills;
Holder of a valid driving licence (B);
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work;
Fluent in English and/or Dutch;
Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG);
Living in or near Rotterdam or The Hague (or willing to travel there).
